Our vision at TGIS is to be the most trusted and go-to specialist engine technical service partner for Airlines & Leasing Companies and to set the standard for engine technical services in the industry. We’re looking to expand our network of Powerplant specialists to support us on ad-hoc projects around the world.
TGIS Aviation is an independent, engine-focussed technical services company that combines deep technical expertise with sharp commercial thinking. Founded in 2002 by aero-engine expert Trish Gray and aircraft transition specialist Ian Smith, we’ve spent over 20 years supporting airlines and lessors with technically robust, commercially sound advice on how to manage, maintain and optimise their engine assets.
We don’t do generic tech support or compliance box-ticking. We solve complex, high-stakes engine problems with clarity, honesty, and technical confidence.
Since 2002 we’ve been a strategic partner for Optima an established, engine fleet cost optimisation programme that we’ve co-developed with PA Consulting and DecisionBrain. Optima delivers major cost savings for airlines, and is shaping how the industry tackles long-term engine cost control and optimisation.
We are looking for a Senior Powerplant Consultant with Engine Shop Visit Management experience to come and join our extended team of Powerplant Consultants.
This is a remote, contractual role and not a full time employed role. To be considered for future projects please send a copy of your CV with a covering letter outlining your experience, specifically highlighting the engine types you have experience working with to info@tgis.aero
