Logix. Aero was involved in a dispute regarding compliance of engines with specified delivery conditions. We could rely on Trish depth of knowledge and experience in the industry to precisely identify the area of non-conformance and explicitly spell out the possible consequences on the engines durability and reliability. I have never known anyone work so hard in preparing her report. She had to read a very large amount of technical material.

I found the depth of Trish’s knowledge outstanding. It showed not only in her excellent reports but also under cross examination when the clarity of her answers showed that she was totally on top of her subject. The cross examiner gave up when he found that whatever he asked made things worse for him.

Trish asked for a meeting with me the day before the arbitration to go through the questions for the other sides expert. I have not had an expert do that before and it was very useful.

Trish then assisted with our closing brief. This was more complex because we had to deal with a new technical case which emerged during the hearing.

The arbitrator complimented Trish’s evidence in his award. It was crucial to our success.
